How we got here...

If you talked to Spenser 5 years ago, he’d tell you he hates that techno crap and start talking about the wonders of live instrumentation.

That all changed at the flip of a switch...err, well an album. Club Life Vol. 2 by Tiesto. That album changed his life--and it changed evermore drastically when he saw Tiesto a few weeks later.

Spenser quickly went home and downloaded a DJ app on this iPhone, which quickly progressed to a little controller, and then right onto the newest CDJ’s. He would come home every single day and DJ from the time he walked in the door until he went to bed.

In 2014, Spenser relocated from Phoenix, Arizona to back to his hometown of Chicago, where he quickly established himself as one of the most sought after open-format DJ’s in the city.

Spenser currently holds all sorts of residencies throughout the city, from sitting as the main resident DJ for the largest promotion group in Chicago, to playing open to close sets at Barcocina every Friday night.

You can frequently find Spenser behind the decks at the following venues over the course of the year: Sound-Bar, The Mid, Tunnel, Barcocina, Mad River, Annex Nightclub, Dark Horse, Redmond's Ale House, and The Drop Lounge.
